2. Intellectual Property & System Sovereignty

Dasnova's proprietary frameworks, models, and architectures are our "defensive moat."

  • Proprietary Methodologies: All frameworks displayed on this Portal—including but not limited to the Industrial Growth OS, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for Manufacturing, eQMS with IA, Single Theme Ad Group (STAG) Precision, and the Dasnova Value Proposition metrics—are the exclusive intellectual property of Dasnova.
  • Astro/React Custom Architecture: The source code, semantic Schema.org metadata injections, design elements, and custom-compiled static deployment of this Portal represent proprietary software engineering built to win the AI-sourcing race. Copying, reverse-engineering, or scraping our code for the purpose of mimicking our digital authority is strictly prohibited.
  • No License: Nothing on this Portal shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use our intellectual property without a formal, bilateral written agreement signed by the Founder & CEO of Dasnova.

3. Nature of Public Portal Information

This Portal serves as an active thought-leadership platform and strategic benchmark system.

  • Diagnostic Tools & Benchmarks: Any analytical calculators, market reports (such as our Cali-Baja Megaregion reports), and financial estimates (e.g., calculations of your plant's potential "Admin Tax" or "EBITDA Multiplier") are provided for illustrative and strategic planning purposes only.
  • No Technical or Legal Advice: While we speak the fluent dialect of precision manufacturing, chemical plating, and progressive stamping, the contents of this Portal do not constitute formal engineering, legal, tax, or certified quality-compliance (ISO/AS9100) advice. Formal engagements require a signed Statement of Work (SOW) and technical validation.

4. User-Submitted Technical & Commercial Data

We understand the sensitivity of industrial manufacturing data.

  • RFQs and Specifications: If you upload technical specifications, tolerances, machine lists, or Request for Quote (RFQ) details through our Portal, you represent that you possess the lawful right and authority to share this information.
  • Bilateral Security: While we apply industry-standard digital security, submitting information through public-facing forms does not automatically establish an ITAR-compliant or highly classified data environment. For defense, aerospace, or medical projects requiring strict non-disclosure, please request a secure, end-to-end encrypted portal link from your Dasnova representative before uploading proprietary blueprints or CAD files.

5. Limitation of Liability

We build high-performance systems, but our liability on a public, uncompensated portal is strictly limited.

  • No Warranty: This Portal and all its contents are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • Exclusion of Consequential Damages: Under no circumstances shall Dasnova, its executives, or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses—including unrecaptured Admin Tax, missed OEM contract opportunities, or theoretical EBITDA margin losses—arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Portal.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Jurisdiction: Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Diego County, California.
